Mike, the UK’s most prominent game chef and advocate for game cooking, wears multiple hats as an award-winning chef, restaurateur, hunter-gatherer, and conservationist, demonstrating a passion for wild, sustainable ingredients.

Mike is a proud co-owner of the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms in Fulham, London, the pub attained a coveted Michelin star in 2010 and has held it ever since – it remains the only pub in London to do so for nearly 15 years.
Robinson also oversees hotel restaurants the Woodsman located in one of Stratford-upon-Avon’s oldest hotels, the Elder in Bath in partnership with hotel management firm Castlebridge Hospitality, and The Forge, located in Hotel Indigo Bath.
Mike’s culinary mastery is evident in the renowned use of game, wild food, and the celebration of British ingredients across all his restaurants.
Deer Box, his Venison management and supply business, now supplies over 3,000 people in the UK with venison delivered to the door, and over 50 top rated restaurants.
Much of the venison served is still hunted by Mike himself, who is a passionate and seasoned hunter.
Mike is lucky enough to own Farming the Wild Productions, which makes 4 amazing, long-running TV shows for Outdoor Channel and MOTV: Farming the Wild, Fishing the Wild, Wild Game Masterclass and Wild Fish Masterclass.
